Great find had just what I wanted at what I thought was a good price. Very knowledgeable and super friendly young ladies at the checkout counter. Wished we had stopped there first. Beats Home Hardware price, quality, and knowledge of staff. Will always shop here in the future.
Staff are helpful and nice. The stock is quite limiting so choice can become an issue. I had an issue with 50 cent charge for chopping 8 pieces of 2 x4 pine in half even though they said the were sold in 8 foot lengths. the Lengths were actually 12 foot so they had to be cut at my expense.
Just can't get it together for curbside service whether it's the system down or the staff taking forever .. can't wait till back to normal because Severn timber Mart can't handle curbside... They should do better considering how much they gouge the local community
